Bruno Santos was born on August 31, 1979 in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, Brazil, in a simple family. Is the oldest son among his four brothers. After a troubled period in childhood, he moved to the interior of Minas Gerais, in the city of Campina Verde, where he moved in with his paternal grandparents and later went living with his maternal grandparents. His childhood was very humble, which left him no choice but to work informally from an early age, a job that ranged from his grandparents’ farm work to helping cowboys on other farms around the city.
In addition to his work and study, Bruno also devoted himself to sports and showed a lot of talent as a soccer and volleyball athlete, which got him an invitation to play for a major league on another city, but his father wouldn’t allow him to pursuit that. In his youth, he worked on student movements, due to his identification with causes neglected by the politicians of the time, mainly in favor of mineral resources and environmental causes.
After a period of time performing the most diverse functions, such as: construction, waiter, salesman, public services, office clerk, graphic services, warehouse work, math tutor, accounting and management; Bruno finally entered the modeling career in 2001, where he remains one of the most successful professionals in the industry to this day.

But even though he reached the maximum of success in his career, he wanted to take a break from all of that, to reconnect with his roots and live the life of a simple guy away from all the spotlight and focusing on himself. During that time, he worked on his poetry book, working on ecological causes (which he developed his own Amazonian forest on his beach house), and working together with ONGs to help various causes.
As the harassment of international agents -unhappy with his withdrawal of the fashion world- did not cease, he came back active on the international scene, but with moderation, choosing the jobs and focusing on a less insane pace, in order to allow him to return occasionally to Brazil, especially to his refuge in Paraíba.
